Company Profile:Dr. Novotny is a board certified gynecology and obstetrics practitioner. She has practiced in the Lockport area for many years. As a wife and mother of four she understands the demands placed on women today and runs her practice with them in mind. Dr. Novotny works out of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital and Sisters of Charity Hospital. Our Office Offers:
Office Hours:General office hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Emergency Care:Dr. Novotny provides 24/7 after hours on call. If you have an emergency, call 716-439-9183 and the answering service will page the physician. You must turn your Caller ID off by using *82. If you judge any problem to be life threatening, go to the nearest emergency room.
Payment Types:Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept Cash, Personal Check, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept many types of insurance. Please phone our office to verify our participation in your insurance plan. Note: We ask you to please bring your current insurance cards to all appointments and be aware that it is your responsibility to understand what your contract covers. You will be expected to pay any deductibles, co-pays or fees for non-covered services at the conclusion of your appointment.
